One of the things I've been wanting to do with this blog is compile a list of quality online resources that Christians can trust. Keep in mind everything online needs to be taken with a grain of salt and I'm not a great theologian, just a seminary dropout.*
I'll do this two ways: by posting everything I find to my del.icio.us account and tagging them online, Christian and resources. Here's a link to the RSS feed.
The first I have to start with is the Bible Gateway. It's the first online Bible site I've seen to have a searchable NIV online along with numerous other English tranlations. Even better, it has the Bible in more than 30 languages according to my count!
The other is a set of John Calvin's commentaries. As Presbyterians, he has certainly a good bit of influence on us.
* You can call me slow if you want, but it took me 1 1/2 years at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary to realize the ministry as a vocation wasn't God's call on my life. I just like to say I'm a dropout to give my Dad a hard time.
