The Community Server software we're using makes it very easy to attach a file to a blog post.  The biggest restriction is that you can only attach one file at a time right now.  I'll see if I can find a way around this. 

Here's how to attach a file:

1. Check the Advanced Options checkbox on the right side of the page just above the title box (this will display some more tabs).
2. Click on the Post Attachments tab.
3. Click the Add/Update button.
4. Click the browse button in the Attach File box that popped up.
5. Use the File Upload box to select the file you want to attach (highlight it and click Open).
6. Click the Save button in the bottom right of the Attach File box.

After doing this, your file should be attached when you publish the post.

Here are some suggestions I would offer:

• You might want to note you've attached the file at the bottom of your post because the attachments don't stand out as well as I would like.
• If you have an image (.gif, .jpg, etc.), you can display it in your post by typing [ImageAttachment] where you want it to go.
