A lot of people don't know what whodurun4 (who do you run for) means
so here's a brief overview. In high school and college, I spent a lot
of time running cross country and track and worked hard to use my faith
as motivation and to return the praise to Christ.
Before races,
I would ask myself "Who do you run for?" to get myself fired up in a
relaxed and focused manner. My response was "I
run for God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and Earth and Jesus
Christ His only Son, my Lord!" (I'm still open to suggestions for make
this properly Trinitarian.)
It's also become a statement to encourage me through time times and witness to others.
I
don't run much anymore, but the basic premise remains. It could be
whodusew4 or whodublog4 for all I care. Just take your talents and
blessings, put them on the line for the Lord and let the world stand
back in wonder.
