First Time Participant Discount
The New Wilmington Mission Conference Refund Request Form must be completed for each individual requesting a refund. These forms must be submitted through the Online Form linked. Refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Submitted before May 31 = 100% Refund* (Refund issued within 30 days of receipt of refund request form.)
Submitted before June = 80% Refund* (Refund issued within 30 days of receipt of refund request form.)
Submitted before Conference end (Refund issued within 30 days of conference end.)
Missed 4 Days or more = 60% Refund*
Missed 2 or 3 Days = 40% Refund*
Submitted after Conference End = NO Refund
