Rev. Ray Garcia is the founder and Executive Director of The Philadelphia Project, a mission organization that partners with churches and youth ministries to address the pressing needs of urban communities. His vision for The Philadelphia Project dates back to 1996 and has been shaped and molded by more than 100 individuals with whom God has aligned him over the years. Ray also serves as Lead Pastor of a partner church, Roxborough Church, and the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Delaware County Christian School. He is married to Michelle, and they have four children: Isaiah, Nathan, Cadence, and Thomas.
